While there are inherent associated risks with skydiving (as with any activity), it is statistically a lot safer than you may think. According to the National Safety Council, a person is much more likely to be killed getting struck by lightning or stung by a bee than whilst skydiving.
Our experienced instructors are all USPA and FAA qualified and have completed thousands of jumps in many varying conditions. Not only with they will make your jump safe, but will also make your skydiving experience memorable and fun!
Our equipment is the best in the industry. The parachutes, harnesses and clothing are state of the art and of the highest quality. All tandem rigs are equipped with reserve canopies and Automatic Activation Devices (AAD) which will deploy the parachute in the unlikely event of an emergency situation.
We have developed a comprehensive set of safety and Operating Procedures to enable us to operate safely and efficiently at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport.
With safety in mind there will be some situations in which it will not be possible to jump. We reserve the right to refuse services based on but not limited to the following situation:
